The artwork Her is a wall sculpture consisting of five objects measuring 21 x 21 x 11 cm, 24 x 24 x 5 cm, 18 x 18 x 5 cm, 24 x 24 x 12 cm and 7 x 7 x 6 cm. They are mounted on the wall with L-shaped hooks. The ball is mounted on the wall with a nail (it has a hole in the middle).
"I want to open up a conversation around untold stories through my art. Through creating tension between the shape and the materiality of an artwork, I deal with sentiments of isolation, the ability to recognize sensations that make you loose track of time and this mystery of losing the notion of time. I try to bring to the surface what stays hidden in most cases but should urgently be attended to."
