Additional information

«The bottle is a lost wax cast and the bread pin is a sand cast. These are the two traditional ways of casting. What is missing are naturally the moulds. In the former example it melted away, burned and turned to sticky smoke, in the latter it was cracked and broken before discarded. We talk about bone in our time and age. Or of fossile. Or fuel. We do a little bit of everything.» Karl Larsson

Sculpture is allegorical in its nature and needs to be tuned, or connected, to an absolute of some sort in order to make sense.
