The Crane work is consisting of a wallpaper print of a collage of destroyed buildings in Yuksekova, and a video projection of 3D animated construction site over the wallpaper. The work is about the architecture of violence and military gentrification introduced to the region with military interventions.
The size of the wallpaper can be reconfigured site specifically and in coordination with the venue (minimum 2 m in width).
Political realities that followed me through my works got distilled into what might be called ‘surreal interventionist visual actions’.
