This work is a wall object that can be hung with nails.
"My approach for this piece was to investigate the feeling of discomfort by creating a shape similar to a pillow – evoking sentiments of isolation and dissecting the anatomy of time by watching the object take form through the process of hardening. I created this piece by pouring plaster on the canvas, then wrapping it with a plastic bag to recreate the process of suffocation. I then tied it up with a rope to create deep texture."
